Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9/11 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Establishing baselines and direct development of future toolset architecture and capabilities such as data collection, visualization and interpretation; 2) Leveraging data tools, data collection methodologies, and evaluates alternatives to assess projected capabilities for future mission support; 3) Leading the management and automation of complex data pipelines to support ongoing analytics; and 4) Utilizing a variety of skills that may include skills such as programming, statistics, machine learning, entity relationship diagramming, data visualization and critical thinking skills.
