Responsibilities:

• Prep work including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding vegetables and fruits and weighing and measuring other ingredients
• Carry pans and trays of food from work stations, stoves, and refrigerators while follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Properly store foods in designated areas follow wrapping, dating, and food safety procedures
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
• Utilize approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and temperature control
• Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner
• Ensures compliance with all safety and sanitation requirements
• Resolves customer concerns and relays any issues to supervisor
