ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN Full Time

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying engineering concepts, principles and practices applicable to a range of engineering disciplines (i.e, civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural, environmental) required for the design, layout, execution processes of construction operations in order to provide input on construction projects; 2) Ensuring compliance of quality control plans for construction projects; 3) Making recommendations to resolve problems encountered during construction operations; and 4) Interpreting construction guidance specifications for the purpose of monitoring contract compliance.
