Specialized Experience GS12: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes knowledge and application of the principles, practices, and software used in the preparation, periodic updating, and application of construction schedules. This experience may have been in one or more roles wherein networked construction schedules were prepared, reviewed, analyzed, and/or applied for the purpose of managing construction contracts, contract changes, claims and/or disputes. Work at this level would involve the independent application of technical practices and principles with limited guidance and supervision of more experienced professionals. Direct participation in contract and change negotiations and/or resolution of conflicts, claims, or disputes would be typical at this level. Specialized Experience GS11: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service which includes knowledge and application of the principles, practices, and software used in the preparation, periodic updating, and application of construction schedules. This experience may have been in one or more roles wherein networked construction schedules were prepared, reviewed, analyzed, and/or applied for the purpose of managing construction contracts, contract changes, claims, and/or disputes. Work at this level would involve the application of technical practices and principles with the guidance and supervision of more experienced professionals.
