For DT-02 level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-1-4 grade level or DT-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing and assisting with testing to measure the performance of energetic materials and fuels; 2) Operating experiments with assistance including any test control and data acquisition systems an experiment includes; 3) Assembling, disassembling, and troubleshooting experimental equipment when it is not working correctly. For DT-03 level: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5-8 grade level or DT-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Mixing, casting, transporting, and testing energetic materials; 2) Operating experiments including any test control and data acquisition systems an experiment includes; 3) Troubleshooting and repairing complex hydraulic and pneumatic components; 4) Obtaining team member certifications for various branch standard operating procedures in order to execute assigned tasks.
