To be found minimally qualified, your resume must show the following: I am an experienced engineering equipment operator. I am able learn supervisory and leadership skills associated with the maintenance and repair of auto and heavy equipment operation and maintenance, and the maintenance and repair of paved and unpaved roads and sign installation in accordance with Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and other appropriate standards.
