Customer Relations Associate
The primary function of the Customer Relations Associate position is the maintenance of essential customer correspondence. The Customer Relations Associate is expected to manage the intake of documents and applications that are received via various inboxes. The intake of documents and applications requires a thorough understanding of the company’s services and fees, as well as the sales team’s client requirements. The Customer Service Associate must be well-versed in company policies and standards and is expected to be able to communicate with customers about pricing, as well as motivated to upsell when possible. The associate should be motivated, enthusiastic, task-oriented, and capable of handling data entry and a high volume of emails that must be addressed as quickly as possible.
