Job Summary:

• As the Coordinator, you will assist with and implement formal/informal education programs based on evaluations of department needs and specifically from opportunities found from reviews of care.
• You will demonstrate clinical competency and acts as a clinical resource, functioning as a role model for patient care and assisting in staff development.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor s Degree, BSN preferred.
• Three to Five Years of nursing experience in Critical Care preferred.
• Valid TN Nursing license (or eligible) required
• BLS, ACLS required
