Position Overview
Hiring Hub is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven track record in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.




• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the construction industry.




• Deep understanding of construction project accounting, revenue recognition, and cost management.




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.




• Proven experience in risk management, capital allocation, and business operations.




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.




• Proficiency in financial software and systems relevant to the construction industry.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Experience with construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Sage 300).
