Requirements for the Business Development Specialist:
- English/Spanish bilingual strongly preferred
- Grit: self-motivated / self-starter, hard-worker, persistence, resilience, and a go-above-and-beyond attitude
- Professional appearance and professional attitude
- Previous sales experience highly preferred
- Bachelors Degree required
- Candidates must be comfortable making cold calls and meeting with all levels of candidates and clients
Compensation of the Business Development Specialist:
Base salary starts at $35,000 – $40,000.
