Job Description: Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Salary: $20 – $22 per hour / Non-Remote
Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours) for the first week
Part-time (10-15 hours per week) thereafter

About Our Client:
A fast-paced trucking firm seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in QuickBooks Online and experience with invoicing and billing. If you’re organized, proactive, and ready to contribute, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:
As our Bookkeeper, you will:
QuickBooks Online Proficiency: Manage billing, payroll, and other accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online with precision.
Financial Records Maintenance: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including cost reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee vendor payments and client billing processes.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
Quarterly and Annual Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary reports to meet compliance deadlines.
Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately and efficiently.
Data Entry: Keep financial data organized and up-to-date.
Qualifications for the Bookkeeper role:
To thrive in this role, youll need:
Experience: 2+ years in bookkeeping, with exposure to fixed assets, cash management, and general ledger tasks.
Technical Skills:
o Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
o Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Problem-Solving Skills: A self-starter capable of identifying and resolving issues independently.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset focused on supporting company success.
