Aviation Technical Systems Specialist Portfolio Manager Full Time

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level of FV-I or FG/GS-13. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized aviation technical knowledge, skills and abilities, and project management skills are required. Specialized experience includes: Experience gained in positions within organizations that are responsible for the planning, funding, and delivery of capital investment projects at individual sites or groups of facilities and management of the interdependencies between agency (FAA) programs.
