Architectural Drafter Full Time

Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 Permanent Position with Benefits

Responsibilities:
Operate computer-aided drafting equipment to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms, and records.
Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, building and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
Build landscape, architectural and display models (physical and computer models).
Create presentation documents.
Updating record documents.
Fit plans: Client out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings.
Proficient with AutoCAD; Revit is a PLUS

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
